Sophia Noemie is a young French homemaker with a 5-year-old child and a father with coronary heart disease.
One day, she took her child to the supermarket for groceries. Before leaving, she reminded her father to take his medication, but he forgot. As a result, while watering plants in the yard, he suffered an attack. Clutching his chest in pain, he collapsed on the ground until Sophia returned from shopping and found him lying there. She immediately rushed her father to the hospital, but sadly, the doctor told her it was too late - he had lost vital signs long ago.
Afterwards, Sophia was filled with regret, blaming herself for not bringing her father along while shopping. She had sleepless nights over this incident. If only her father had a communication device that allowed him to easily contact her and her husband with the push of a button, he could have been saved in time. But reality was cruel, and she lost her beloved father forever.
To make up for her regret and prevent others from suffering the loss of a loved one, she decided to design a phone catering to her requirements for more seniors. When she shared the idea with her engineer husband, he decided to work on it with her. Except for sleeping and eating, they devoted all their time and energy into R&D and debugging. Finally, through their joint efforts, the Sweetlink phone for seniors was born - a powerful device for the elderly with one-touch dialing. In an emergency, seniors only need to lightly press the SOS button to instantly reach loved ones and emergency services.
After producing the phones, Sophia immediately gave a pair to her husband's parents. After some time of use, they found it extremely practical and helpful for seniors, and highly worth promoting globally.
Sweetlink represents the connection between life and care, striving to help more elderly avoid situations where they cannot receive timely assistance due to sudden conditions.
Her father's passing made Sophia think of seniors worldwide without partners or who lost children unexpectedly. Without family company, their circumstances were unimaginable. Since her father's death, every Father's Day, Mother's Day, and Christmas, Sophia visits seniors without children to care for them, and provides donations to improve their quality of life and feel warmth from society. For those in nursing homes she cannot visit personally, Sophia donates to the facilities and entrusts them to convey her well wishes. To date, Sophia and her husband have helped over 1000 seniors improve their lives.
